Privacy policy
What we collect
- The assignment instructions you upload or paste, so we can produce your analysis.
- The details you enter in a support request: first name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, subject, academic level, deadline and your description.
- Basic, anonymous usage events (for example: an analysis was completed) and the page or campaign you arrived from. These carry no name, account or advertising identifier.
How we use it
- To generate your assignment breakdown and show it back to you.
- To follow up on a support request through the channel you chose.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and guides are useful.
What we never do
- We do not publish your uploads, and one student can never see another student's request or documents.
- We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We do not require an account to use the free analyzer.
Storage and access
- Uploads and requests are stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Only authorised members of our support team can open a support request, and access is limited by role.
- Uploads are limited to 10 MB and to accepted document and image formats.
Your choices
- You can ask us to delete your support request and any associated upload at any time by replying to our follow-up message.
